Greenbrier Farms consists of approximately 300 beautiful rolling acres and features cows, goats, sheep and chickens. They are known for their natural grass-fed beef, but also raise free-range chickens during spring and fall. They will soon be able to provide raw cow’s milk, and are starting vegetable gardens and a solar greenhouse operation. Although the farm is not organically certified, no pesticides are used and only organic fertilizers are used on the farm.
