The Cliffs Organic Farm has several greenhouses as well as a shitake mushroom production area, extensive cut-flower production fields and uses cover crop rotation programs as well as farm-scaping. In addition to traditional spring and summer vegetable crops, they have several specialty and gourmet items which support demand from six Cliffs communities. They expect to soon be Certified Organic.
