The Upstate School of Sustainable Agriculture is a cooperative group of farms (currently 6) throughout the Upstate whose purpose is to share knowledge and train individuals on sustainable and organic operations, as well as ensure markets to provide quality local food products, protect farm land, develop communities, and explore innovations in sustainable farming practices. The school has also partnered with Whole Foods Market and the Clemson University Sustainable Agriculture Program.

Workshops on a variety of topics will be offered approximately every 2 weeks and are for farmers, gardeners, homeowners, and the general public interested in their food and how it is produced.
